ShellPOINT and sensor network

Oysters Tasmania's Sensor Network has been installed throughout Tasmania, with support from the Tasmanian Government, and Tasmanian Smart Seafood Partnership with NRM South and Tasmanian Seafood Industry Council.

The sensor network provides real-time data on salinity and water temperature in shellfish growing areas.

The sensor data can be accessed by growers via a dashboard on the computer or phone.
