shellfish futures 2010 – Planning for 10–11 September 2010

Oysters Tasmania has pencilled in shellfish futures 2010 for Friday 10th and Saturday 11th September 2010 to be held in St Helens (possibly at Tidal Waters Resort).

We encourage you all to attend the annual industry conference of the Tasmania oyster industry and recommend that everyone in the oyster industry put these dates in your calendar.

shellfish futures, an initiative of the Tasmanian Shellfish Executive Council (TSEC) and the Tasmanian Oyster Research Council (TORC), is now run under the Oysters Tasmania banner. The 2009 conference was the biggest and best to date with over 100 delegates attending a packed program and we are aiming to make shellfish futures 2010 another worthwhile and popular event for the oyster industry.
